Lioness Return Policy
Due to the intimate nature of this product, merchandise may not be returned if opened from factory-sealed plastic wrap. Purchases made directly from Lioness at lioness.io may be returned if unopened from its factory-sealed plastic wrap within 60 days of receipt for refund or exchange, minus a $20 return shipping fee for packages shipped in the United States. Outside of the United States, the return shipping fee will be the price paid for shipping including customs & duties tax.
If defective, the product is covered under the Two Year Limited Warranty and will not incur a fee.
Two Year Limited Warranty
Due to the intimate nature of this product, merchandise may not be returned unless defective. This product is covered by Product Warranty for TWO (2) YEARS from the date of delivery of initial purchase against defects due to faulty production or materials. During this time period, the product may be replaced ONCE if initial purchase is defective. This warranty does NOT cover cosmetic deterioration caused by wear and tear, damages caused by natural disaster, damages by use at wrong voltage, damaging the Lioness by misusing the charger cord, using silicone-based lubricants or oils on the product, or any other misuse or neglect not in accordance with the included instruction manual. Any attempt to open or take apart this product or its accessories will void the warranty.
In the event that this product fails during the warranty period, you must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with valid proof of the date of original purchase. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number, which must be displayed on the outside packaging. Customers based outside of the United States will need to pay for shipping. In the event we replace the faulty product at no extra charge, any replacement Lioness will not extend the life of this warranty.
