Take notes

The Lioness App lets you input your own notes for each session. Use this part of your app to track things like how you’re feeling, what you’re doing before and during your session, whether you have an orgasm, etc. Then, take it one step further and add notes after your session.

You’ll see below that Amy’s notes are quick and to the point; she tracked what mattered physically, emotionally, and mentally.

Try out different techniques

Edging, fantasizing, reading erotica, and responsible (and legal!) recreational substance use, etc. can all shed light on what does and doesn’t turn you on. Try the ones you’re comfortable with.
